THE RIGHT CHOICE
Our growing reputation is built upon industry leading customer service levels.
We are not always the cheapest but “Quality Costs”, however we pay our inspectors a fair rate and keep our margins low to ensure that we offer our clients great value and a loyal and committed inspector.
Unlike our competitors, we have no minimum lead time on taking on assignments and can support ‘next day’ requests.
We have more than 1,300,000 inspectors and candidates in every country meaning that we always have locally based resources, often with actual experience of the particular vendor/site.
Rapid response to all enquiries
We will not leave our clients guessing as to whether they are being dealt with, and we will make our proposal & mobilisation of the approved candidate within 48hrs.
All inspection reports are subject to screening by our own QC Coordinators to ensure that standards are maintained.
Dedicated account manager
Our clients have their own dedicated account manager (and backup account manager) with direct contact details and out of hours telephone numbers.

- Scrutinise the CV/Resume, with the focus on career history and project experience
- Analysis of skill set and expertise
- Initial interview
- Verification of all relevant qualifications
- Identification check (normally passport)
- Check at least two ‘formal’ references (contacts suggested by candidate)
- Check at least one ‘informal’ reference (linked-contact from Fulkrum database)
