Fulkrum, expert providers of third-party quality assurance and inspection services to the global energy industry, has appointed Ross Jolly as Business Development Manager for the UK and Africa.
Ross, who has over two decades’ experience in the oil and gas sector, will be responsible for managing and growing the business in the Europe and African oil and gas markets.
Speaking about his appointment, Ross said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Fulkrum team. While my focus will be working out of the Aberdeen office and growing the Europe and African business, I’m looking forward to working closely with the global offices in other regions, including Malaysia and Houston.
“Fulkrum is a well-established and respected business across the industry, so I’m looking forward to bringing my skill set to the team and contributing to its further growth”.
The role comes as James Dunsford, previously in the role since 2019, becomes Business Development Manager – Renewables, shifting focus from traditional energy sources to green energy, with a particular focus on the offshore wind industry.
Fulkrum has a proven track record in both the oil and gas and renewables industries, and these appointments reinforce Fulkrum’s commitment to supporting the energy transition in Europe and globally.
James said: “Since joining Fulkrum in 2019, my role has been supporting the Europe and African business, looking broadly at both renewables and oil and gas. With the world moving toward more sustainable energy sources and as we see a drive toward reducing carbon emissions and achieving Net Zero, Fulkrum decided that now was the time commit more time and resources to developing our presence in this area.”
