Minimum Experience:
Experience within the energy industry (oil & gas, renewables, nuclear)
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
Able to lead a group or team and set the standard expectation for their direct reports
High degree of organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task

Job Description:
Our office in Milan, Italy is looking for an experienced and driven Country Manager, to join our team and help drive and develop our Italian markets.
The Country Manager is responsible for all aspects involved with driving growth and profitability within the Italian markets. The primary focus will be identifying new sales opportunities predominately in Italy, but throughout Europe as well. The Country Manager will also be responsible for assisting in reaching company goals through the successful leadership of the regional coordination team.
Your Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
To work with the Commercial team in the overall management of all regional sales and marketing activities;
Drive increased revenue and profit in line with Company`s growth plans;
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as required;
Building and maintaining a network of relevant contacts to maximise opportunities for company.
Leadership - Provide guidance to a team of Coordination personnel in delivering exceptional customer service.
Staff Development - in collaboration with the HR & Compliance Manager and VP - Americas, manage recruitment and training of new personnel and helping team members continually develop their skills.
Invoicing efficiency - Oversee monthly Coordinator Invoicing and ensure that accounts inquiries and errors are reviewed with coordinators, as well as implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
Support Direct Reports- with Contractual, Commercial, and Coordination Process Enquiries for the Region.
Arrange regular review meetings with key clients, assessing quality of service (field personnel, FTR office staff, reporting, invoicing)
Support the Commercial Director, Business Development Manager and Commercial Manager in negotiating new contracts and extensions to current agreements.
Research relevant projects, companies, and market sectors to identify suitable high-quality new business opportunities.
Negotiate as required to close deals and win new Clients.
Ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized.
