Minimum Experience:

5-year minimal experience as project-based Punch List coordinator level role Proven experience in a Quality role in Windfarm project environment (vast experience in Oil & Gas / Nuclear may be considered)
Must have extensive knowledge in QA/QC with regards to electrical cable installation.
Proven track record in directing the generation, issuance and facilitation of Punch List data reporting.
Experience in working multiple department interfaces to achieve common goals.
Familiar with facility package recordkeeping and classification terminology and procedures.
Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing is essential.
Successful candidate but be resident in Spain and legally able to work in Country for the duration of the project.


Job Description:

Work closely and actively with subcontractor to coordinate outstanding electrical & mechanical punch works
Performs routine data analysis, generate standard reports representing punch list progress, current status and deficits.
Track, support and manage the closure of punches in a timely manner.
Create comprehensive handover punchlist with all necessary information to enable a smooth transition to the UK pre-assembly Hub.
Transfer punchlist information into company software system (Servicemax)
Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Monitor and expedite supplier deviation requests to closure
Monitor and expedite engineering change orders to closure
Ensuring compliance with quality requirements throughout inspections, and quality walk-downs. Participate in and contribute to improvement initiatives and Lessons Learned on internal quality-related activities.
Plan and conduct inspections. Ensure coordination in collaboration with the construction team to satisfy requirements.
Record, analyse, identify solutions, and verify implementation of non-conformities (NCRs) arising from these inspections.
Review and ensure quality documents are accurately recorded,
Promote positive Quality culture on site across all the operational disciplines.
Ensure material preservation is being actively managed and documented
