Job Description:

Fulkrum has a fantastic opportunity for HR professional to join growing HR team at our HR office in Corby, Northamptonshire. Due to the ongoing growth of our international business, we are looking for a new team member to support various HR activities across our regions: Europe, Africa, Middle East, APAC, US and Brazil.

It is a unique HR opportunity to gain exposure to global employment law and support a very successful business in maintaining a fantastic culture by getting involved in recruiting new talent, developing our existing teams, implementing policies, and participating in various engagement projects.

The main objective of the role is to provide HR generalist support across global business. This will include recruitment, training, supporting employee relations, payroll and benefits, policies, and employee retention. The role will also support the Head of HR in ensuring compliance with engagement laws across all the international regions in which the company operates.

The role of the HRG contributes to Fulkrum’s goals and values by fostering an atmosphere of commitment and a high-performance culture among all the team members. It is a new role that will work alongside a team consisting of Head of HR, HR Assitant, Apprentice and Recruitment Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Advisory
This is a significant part of the role, you will be involved in talent strategy, advertising, proactive recruitment and interviewing for various internal vacancies. We operate in many countries, so cultural awareness is key in finding great talent. This part of the role will also include partnering line managers in identifying the right recruitment approach and delivering recruitment training to our hiring managers.

Reporting, Payroll and Administration
HR Generalist will be responsible for general HR administration: creating offer letters, contracts of employment, changes to terms and conditions, payroll processing, etc. The role will also support various senior leaders by providing HR reporting.

Learning and development
As we are a very process-driven business, the HR department supports technical training frameworks, and the HR generalists will be key in implementing various improvements in our onboarding and training framework. The role will also support line managers in performance conversations. A successful candidate will also have an exposure to developing our annual performance strategy where we aim to nurture our high-performing teams.

Employee Relations and Policy
HR Generalist will provide policy advice and coach line managers in dealing with any employee relations cases. The HRG will also be responsible for formal employment and policy communication to all team members and support the Head of HR in reviewing company policies and handbooks to ensure the Company is compliant with local legislation. The HRG will be involved in many employee engagement and communications initiatives.
