Job Description:
Handling client requests for the provision of QA/QC, Engineering and/or Project Support, site and office based personnel. Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interview by providing project/commodity related information. Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection and placement of candidates. Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities and deliverables for the duration of the assignment. Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to FTR contractual terms and conditions, Allocation of task related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client issued templates etc.). Receiving, screening and submitting site reports to client, Collect end of assignment feedback from clients and candidates, Advise candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping etc. are not adhered to. Provide candidate performance updates upon request of the Operations Manager. Managing Fulkrum/Candidate relations by means of ‘care calls’ during candidate assignment. Be commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients. Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Ensure that all Client SLA’s (Service level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI’s are met.
