Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Junior Accounts Coordinator to join our busy team in our Aberdeen office. The successful candidate will provide accounts and administrative support to company professionals. This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global financial operations, if you have experience of turning over large amounts of invoices at any one time then get in touch.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.
Speaking with clients in your region to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
Raising and distribution of Sales invoices
Creating Pro-forma sales invoices
Processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage
Credit control daily.
Weekly reporting.
Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
