Proven experience of selling Recruitment and Staffing Services within the energy industry
Min 1 year sales experience
Experience of working on large scale recruitment projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

To work with the Commercial team in the overall management of all Recruitment, staffing sales and marketing activities
Work pro-actively with prospective clients to establish new working partnerships in order to provide them with a recruitment solution
Liaise and build relationships with current clients to establish their need for permanent and long term recruitment and work with them to create a suitable delivery plan for placing candidates.
Work with Regional Managers to drive increased revenue and profit in line with Company`s growth plans
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as required
Work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator and the HR department to ensure that we deliver a strong performance with all new clients.
Building and managing a team of Recruiting personnel in delivering exceptional customer service
Ensure timely delivery of technically and commercially sound proposals
Extensive travel across all operational areas as required to build relationships and create further opportunities
Research relevant projects, companies and market sectors to identify suitable high-quality new business opportunities.
Working in conjunction with the Commercial team to execute registration and pre-qualification with Client companies
Provide timely reports to clients (internal and external) including all relevant details of the recruitment process
Work with the recruitment team to create suitable job descriptions for the clients.
