Job Description:

Our office in Khobar, KSA, is now looking for a highly motivated TSS Coordinator to join our ambitious team. It is a fantastic opportunity for a stand-alone TSS Coordinator to join our expanding business; it is an exciting role as it incorporates sourcing, recruitment and coordination aspects.

The role will be to support the Regional Manager with the promotion and delivery of permanent recruitment. The TSS Coordinator will work very closely with the Regional, Operations and Coordination Managers and HR team to assist with filling technical vacancies and external vacancies for our existing and future clients. The TSS Coordinator is also responsible for managing assignments and handling relationships with clients and candidates.

What will your day-to-day duties look like?
Work with the HR Team and SMT to ensure first-phase selection processes are completed for external, and contract inspector vacancies. This will include advertising, active high-energy recruitment, and reviewing initial candidate resumes. Supporting when required with interviews.
Liaise with clients to establish the needs for recruitment and work with them to create a suitable delivery plan for placing candidates.
Build upon your LinkedIn profile and be in charge of new and creative ways to ensure the most successful candidate search and recruitment process is being utilized.
Work with clients to create job descriptions.
Provide timely reports to clients, including all relevant details of the recruitment process.
Work closely with clients and candidates for logistical elements of the process, including timelines for interview, offer letters, drug and alcohol screening, background checks, and onboarding.
Source technical personnel for regions looking to increase talent portfolio (by location, specialization, or commodity experience) for Inspections, Expediting, and Technical Staffing Services. Initiate communication with these prospective candidates to ensure that they fully register in IRIS so they can be utilized when an enquiry is received.
Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities and deliverables for the duration of the assignment
Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to:
Contractual terms and conditions
Allocation of task-related documents
Receiving, screening and submitting site reports to client
Collect end of assignment feedback from clients and candidates
Advise candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping etc. are not adhered to
Provide candidate performance updates
Be commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients
Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
