IRIS consolidates data on vendors and inspectors, enabling detailed trend analysis. It organizes all essential documents like reports, punch lists, and certifications, providing access to both clients and Fulkrum's global team.

The system includes an integrated scheduling tool that gives real-time visibility into inspector locations, schedules, and performance, promoting transparency and traceability. IRIS supports KPI analysis through dashboards, enhancing service delivery based on client feedback and performance metrics.

IRIS - Project Management Dashboard & Client Portal

IRIS serves as a project management tool with a dashboard that helps manage orders efficiently. The Client Portal offers clients access to inspection deliverables, real-time PO balances, and a calendar of inspector visits, facilitating electronic document sharing with full traceability.
